2. What data we process
We process the data you provide in the contact form: full name, company name, e-mail address and the content of your message. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your enquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to handle your enquiry and respond to you — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and conducting business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, then for the limitation period of any claims. You may withdraw your consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers that support us technically — hosting and form-handling tools (including Google for the form backend). We do not sell your personal data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).
7. Profiling
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile your data.

The site uses only cookies essential to its operation (e.g. remembering your language preference). We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.
